How long does it takes to recover?

Well, I did ask the support. But no answer from them. From the look, quite serious. What can I do? Nothing but to redirect the traffic to here. To redirect the traffic, I can actually ftp a redirect html file but the harddisk is full and not accepting any upload. I have no choice but to change DNS and forward the url to here.
